The South Korean smartphone maker recently launched Samsung Galaxy S10, Samsung Galaxy S10+ in India last month.

Recently Samsung had announced instant cash back offer in Samsung S10e, and Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphones along with exclusive offers for banks such as the customers who have HDFC cards can buy the smartphone using the EMI options.

The Samsung Galaxy smartphone series that is Samsung Galaxy S10, Samsung Galaxy S10+, Samsung Galaxy S10e is also available live in the company store as well as in the official app and has also promised up to discounts till ₹15,000.

The cash back is a benefit for the customers who will opt for various storage variants of Samsung Galaxy S10e and Samsung Galaxy S10, Samsung Galaxy S10+ buyers are also eligible for extra discounts over exchanges and as discussed HDFC bank offer is also available for the people.

What does the galaxy series smartphones offer?

Samsung Galaxy S10e:

The galaxy S10e is priced at ₹49,565, and the company provides a ₹5000 cash back along ₹4000 cash back if the customers purchase the phone on the HDFC Bank debit or credit card by “No Extra Cost EMI” or “Low-Cost EMI.” Applying these two offers the Galaxy S10e original price that is ₹55,900 is slashed to ₹46,900 straight.

Samsung Galaxy S10:

The original price of galaxy S10 is ₹61,400. Samsung offers a cash back of ₹5000 at its base model that has a 128GB storage. For buyers who are interested in galaxy S10 model which is of 512 GB will get a cashback of ₹8000 along with a ₹6000 cash back is offered to the buyers with HDFC bank using EMI transactions. iPhone XR

Apple has cut down the price of iPhone XR to ₹59,900 with its competition to Samsung Galaxy S10e. The customers who own an HDFC Bank card gets additional 10% cash back. Oppo F9 Pro

The VOOC fast charging handset is all available with its price slashed, the phone with 128GB storage option is available now at Rs. 17,990. Overall it managed to score 9 points for battery life but scored 8 and 7 in display software and design, performance, money respectively.

Realme U1

The Realme U1 ensures to give its customers their desired price range phones. Thus they slashed the prices as 3GB RAM + 32GB storage model is priced at ₹ 9,999 and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant was dropped to Rs. 11,999.

Nokia 6.1 Plus and Nokia 7.1

Both the phones are overall rated as 8 out of 10. Nokia 6.1 6GB RAM has dropped to ₹ 14,750 whereas the revised price of Nokia 7.1 is ₹ 18,485. However, customers can avail 15% cash back on HDFC cards and EMI transactions via Pinelands. The cash back offer is valid till April 20, 2019.

Nokia 2.1 and Nokia 1

The HMD Global has slashed the price of the Nokia phone especially 2.1 to ₹5,499 as compared to Samsung Galaxy J2 Core. However, Nokia 1 price was also dropped to ₹ 3,999 which made it cheapest amongst all in the Indian Android market. The competitor Xiaomi launched its Redmi Go phone in competition to Nokia.

Presently, Google has introduced several new features which the users can experience on their devices, for example, Google home smart speaker. Google Home Smart speakers with Google assistant have shown a specific behavioral change in its device.

The new feature for Google home activates whenever a user turns on the do not disturb mode in the smartphone or ask Google Home to do so via voice command. With the introduction of a new feature, Google Home no more recites the step it carries out as a part of its routine steps. The sources said that the changes and the new feature are available in the market, but “when” it got launched is unknown.

Android Police notifies that the recitation of Google assistant has stopped that is Google assistant had the very habit of repeating the steps that it carries out to reach its destination (command). Earlier it has had an annoying habit to repeat every of its action that it did and alert the user while processing. But now users are happy that the specified routine is not accompanied by vocal cue all the time when the assistant is asked to do a particular task. However, when users want Google assistant to respond vocally, it will do so.

Moreover, Android Police has also informed in a report that Google Assistant has now enabled its “Do Not Disturb” mode which is linked to the smartphone via voice command. For instance, when the user asks Google home to “silent the phone” or activates the “Do Not Disturb” mode it will do so.

In one context, if the Google account that is being used for Google Home is associated with multiple devices, the user has to specify which device it wants to activate the DND mode or any other command. But as per Google’s support page, individuals can also enable the DND mode on all its devices simultaneously via voice command. It is yet unknown, that whether the said changes are available in a particular region or to users of specific areas.

The testers who have tested the above said models say that they have tested the phones via video loop test i.e. playing videos non stop using third party video player with 50 percent brightness and mobile data and wifi disabled. They also used the phone to take pictures, navigate themselves on google map, play games and stay online in whatsapp like an average person.

Here is a few basic specifications that might drive a person to google about the phone and then buy it. To begin with, Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2, is powered by a 5000 mAh battery that worked for 17 hours and 58 minutes for the loop test when testers were testing it. Additionally, it comes with a 6.26 inch full HD+ display and recently got its Android Pie upgrade. It is powered by octal core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660SoC with 6GB RAM and 64GB of storage. It has dual camera with 12MP Sony sensor and 5MP depth sensor and a 13MP selfie camera with LED flash.

Samsung Galaxy M20 and M30, both have the battery capacity of 5000 mAh. In the HD loop test, the phone last for 12 hours and 53 minutes and 17hours and 4 minutes respectively. M30 is powered by octa core Exynos 7904 SoC with 6GB RAM whereas M20 opts for Exynos 7904 SoC with 3 GB and 4GB option. M20 comes with dual camera of 13MP and 5MP and Samsung M30 bumps in with a triple camera setup i.e. 13MP, 5MP and 5MP as well as a 16MP in the front.

Redmi Note 7 Pro, comes with several attractive features however it provides a 4000 mAh battery. However to a surprise it stood still for 19hours and 23 minutes in the HD loop test. It also comes with Google’s Adaptive Battery feature and is powered by 11nm octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC with 4GB and 6GB RAM variants.

Realme U1 battery is very small compared to other models in comparison. It gives a 3500mAh battery that stood 15 hours and 56 minutes on the HD loop test. It is powered by octa core MediaTek Helio P70 SoC that comes in 3GB and 4GB variation. It has a dual camera setup of 13MP and 2MP in the rear and a 25MP front camera.

Lastly, Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1, packs a 5000mAh battery with did not have a pleasing result when HD loop test results were out. However, the phone is powered by octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC with Adreno 509 GPU and RAM upto 6GB. The phone comes with dual rear camera of 16MP and 5MP each and a 8MP selfie camera.
